Free on-screen review

You can run a full analysis and read every score, finding, and recommendation on screen before paying. Exports are optional paid unlocks.

Refund eligibility

Contact us within 7 days of purchase if exports fail to generate, a verified false finding is reported under our standard pledge, or a duplicate charge occurred. We review each request with your report ID and payment reference.

Non-refundable cases

Change-of-mind after successful export delivery, or disagreement with scores that match the published rubric and crawl evidence, are not eligible for refunds.
